Exhibitor Information for Florida’s Premier Gun Show


Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at Florida’s leading gun show. As the foremost gun show promoter in the state, our events bring together a diverse array of vendors from across the nation, specializing exclusively in gun and knife-related products.

Vendor Participation Requirements

To join us as a vendor, please complete the application form provided below. It is crucial to note that all vendors must exclusively deal in gun and knife-related items. We do not permit the sale of food, jewelry, or flea market items at our events.

Vendor Application Details

Table Sizes and Pricing

  • Standard Table Size: 8ft
  • Our pricing for Miami Miramar and Fort Lauderdale is $100 per table.

  • Our pricing for venice, Port Charlotte, Northport, Englewood, Leesburg,  Winterhaven is $80 a table

    • Note: Wall table availability is not guaranteed.

Setup and Show Times

  • for Miami Miramar in Fort Lauderdale Friday 2 to 6 Saturday 7 AM to 8:30 AM. Our show hours Saturday 9-5 Sunday 10-4

  • for Winterhaven, Leesburg, Venice, Englewood, Northport, Port Charlotte, Friday 3-6 Saturday 7am to 8:30am. Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-3

    • Vendors are required to attend both days.

Essential Show Guidelines

  • Weapons Policy: Absolutely no loaded weapons are allowed on the premises. This includes personal firearms.
  • Attendance: Vendors must not leave early or miss show days without prior approval from show management.
  • Merchandise Rules: All items displayed must be related to guns or knives, without any profane or inappropriate designs. No non-gun related items or flea market merchandise is allowed.
  • Vendor Conduct: Vendors must not be disruptive and are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level within their designated area. Use of loudspeakers, flashing lights, or other attention-grabbing tactics is prohibited.
  • Table Management: Subletting or transferring tables without prior approval is forbidden. All merchandise must be displayed neatly on or below the table, without obstructing aisles or neighboring spaces.

Additional Vendor Information

  • Badges: Vendors will receive two badges for the first table and one additional badge per extra table. These badges must be worn at all times and are strictly for individuals actively working at the booth.
  • Security and Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all insurance, local, and state safety regulations. Our shows are secured by a 24-hour armed and licensed security team from setup to teardown.
  • Legal Compliance: The sale or display of illegal weapons is strictly prohibited. Decisions by management regarding permissible items are final.

Gun and Ammunition Regulations

  • Gun Dealers: Must possess a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and comply with all Florida gun laws. Firearms must be secured with alarms/cables and kept unloaded with a visible zip-tie.
  • Ammunition Dealers: All ammunition must be boxed or bagged; loose or re-manufactured ammunition is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Fee Structure:
    • No fee for cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the show.
    • 50% fee for cancellations within 2 weeks of the show.
    • 100% fee for cancellations from Friday to Saturday of the show week.
    • No shows are charged 100% and may affect future participation.
